Where should we stay?
We kindly ask that all our guests stay at our host resort Royalton Bavaro Resort & Spa. We want Clarissa's birthday celebration to be a vacation experience for everyone and we'd love to spend some time with you outside the Birthday Party, be that at the pool, or by sharing a few meals and drinks together. We have set aside a block of discounted rooms (minimum 3-night stay) at this resort and we ask that you make your reservation through our travel coordinator MarieSam only.  

When should we arrive?
You've traveled all this way, so you might as well make a vacation out of it and join us as early as possible. Our room block is available as early as August 4 to 11, 2027. And the Birthday Celebration is on Friday, August 6th. We recommend that you arrive at least 1 or 2 days before the celebration but please come and stay as long as you'd like. 

Are children invited to the celebration?
The resort is family friendly, you are more than welcome to bring your children with you. Should you decide to bring your children, there is a kids club on site for them to enjoy and lots of family-friendly activities.

What do we do about transportation in Punta Cana?
Transportation to and from Punta Cana Airport to our resort is included with our group block rates. If you would like to plan any private transfers or excursions, please ask our travel coordinator MarieSam for information and assistance on that request. 

Do we have to stay at Royalton Bavaro? Can we stay somewhere else and still attend the party?
We ask that all guests stay at our host hotel to attend the birthday celebration and to book only through the room block with our agent. 

What is the weather like? What should we pack?
Punta Cana is typically hot and humid throughout the year -- temperatures are usually in the high 80s to 90s. We recommend bringing light summer clothing and swimsuits. Other helpful essentials include sunblock, water shoes, swim coverups, flip-flops, sunglasses, etc. Think beach vacation with beach elegant attire for the Wedding Day and beach chic attire for dinners on the other nights during your stay.
